Products Eligible for Return and Refund:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us instantly. We'll happily arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us instantly. We'll arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and pick up the incorrect item at no additional cost.
- Freshness Concerns: Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot accept returns for freshness concerns. However, if you have any concerns about the freshness of a product upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund:
- Opened or Used Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products (with exceptions for damaged or defective items as mentioned above).
