At GramKrishi.Com, we understand that circumstances can change, and you might need to cancel your order. This policy outlines the timeframe for order cancellations and what to expect in each scenario.

Order Cancellations:

  • Before Order Processing: You can cancel your order free of charge if you contact us before we begin processing it. Because we work closely with our farmers to ensure fresh produce, order processing can happen quickly. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

  • After Order Processing but Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order after processing has begun but before it ships, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing your order. We'll inform you of the cancellation fee amount at the time you request cancellation.

  • After Shipment: Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted for orders that have already shipped.

How to Cancel Your Order:

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at sales@gramkrishi.com or by phone at +88 019 72 73 89 48. Be sure to include your order number in your cancellation request.

Refunds:

  • Cancelled Orders Before Processing: If you cancel your order before processing begins, you will receive a full refund for your order total.

  • Cancelled Orders After Processing but Before Shipment: If you cancel your order after processing but before shipment, your refund will be processed minus any applicable cancellation fee.

Processing Time for Refunds:

Once your cancellation request is confirmed and your refund is processed, it may take 7-14 business days to appear in your original payment method depending on your bank or financial institution.
